New court construction
We build squash courts from the ground up, one court or a bank of them, to full World Squash Federation playing dimensions.
A new court is the whole job: the floor structure, the four walls, the plaster or panel finish, the lighting and the glass back wall if you want one. We set out the playing area to World Squash Federation dimensions so the court plays right from the first serve.
We work to the space you have. That might be a new build, a steel-framed sports hall, or an existing room that suits a conversion. We tell you early if a space will not give a true court, rather than forcing it.
- You are adding squash to a new or existing facility
- You are converting a hall, unit or outbuilding into a court
- You want a glass-backed showcourt for matches or coaching
Our process
Site visit and survey
We measure the space, check the structure and tell you honestly what is possible.
Spec and quote
A clear written quote covering the floor, walls, finish, lighting and glass, with no surprises.
Build
We are on site doing the work, not subbing it out and disappearing. Most single courts take around a week on site once materials are in.
Finish and handover
Line marking, a final clean and a walk round so you know how to look after it.
Cost depends on court count, the finish you choose and the state of the space. [PRICE TBC, confirm with Caleb]. We give you a fixed written quote after a site visit.
Common questions
How long does a new court take?
A single court is usually around 5 days on site once materials are on site, but we confirm the programme in your quote.
Do you build to competition dimensions?
Yes. We set out to World Squash Federation singles dimensions as standard, and doubles where the space allows.
Can you fit a court into an existing building?
Often, yes. We will tell you at the survey whether the height, width and floor will give a true court before you commit.
